1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs
- Grant access to the property at the scheduled time
- Ensure a safe working environment for our staff
2. Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours: 50% charge
- No-show: Full charge applies
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If unsatisfied with our service:
- Notify us within 24 hours
- We'll re-clean the affected area at no cost
- If still unsatisfied, partial refund may be issued
4. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Damage not reported within 48 hours
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Items not properly secured
5. Payment Terms
- Full payment due at time of booking
- We accept major credit cards and digital payments
- Late payments incur 5% monthly interest
