1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs
  • Grant access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our staff

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% charge
  • No-show: Full charge applies

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If unsatisfied with our service:

  • Notify us within 24 hours
  • We'll re-clean the affected area at no cost
  • If still unsatisfied, partial refund may be issued

4. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage not reported within 48 hours
  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Items not properly secured

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment due at time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards and digital payments
  • Late payments incur 5% monthly interest
